Stuff can walk away when you aren’t looking…

1. Always lock your devices in the trunk to avoid theft.

2. Keep your office door closed and locked and be sure to put a password and timeout on your machine to lock it down when you step away.

3. Make sure your lockout is less than 3 minutes before the screen locks.

4. Turn on hard drive encryption so your data is locked up.

5. Use 2 Factor Authentication for all devices and apps as applicable, we recommend Google Authenticator for ease of use.
