Who do you work with?

We work with SF Bay Area businesses and their national offices to provide extraordinary IT support. Those are businesses in all industries - medicine/life sciences/biotech, architects, attorneys, e-commerce, PR/media/advertising, professional services, manufacturing and non-profits.
Most of our clients are 5 to 500 employees and may have one location, or many.

What do you actually do and why do I need you?

A.

We take care of all of the technology gear and software you use to do your work - printers, servers, software apps, phones/mobile devices, networks (wifi and wired), cloud services, internet bandwidth, etc. We also manage all of the vendors of all of those things, so you don't waste hours on the phone with them.
We also look out for your security and policy/process with respect to IT. What skills does your team have?

Our team is made up of industry veterans from network engineering, hardware engineering (electrical and mechanical) and software engineering/computer science. We've all been doing this a very long time, there isn't much we haven't seen or done. So we can fix just about anything and create a lot of cool stuff too.

What do your prices look like?

A.

We structure pricing based on a flat monthly fee derived from the number of users or devices you need to manage. Usually starting around $350/month for unlimited 24/7 support.
We have flexible pricing for companies of all sizes - discounts will apply to non-profits and volume based pricing for customers with >100 employees. We also frequently run promotional discounts you may be able to take advantage of.
